are you not able to play the game? if so then they should be able to replace it if you explain to them that the disc is corrupt and doesnt work anymore. or you could try going to a local game reatailer and see if they have any scratch removal equipment or service you can use.

I don't think that Microsft will replace for that reason, because the console falling over is not a manufacturing defect.
yeah it was all fine untilthe disc stopped spinning and showed me "disc is unreadable". First it happenend whenI talked to a certain guy. Now it stopped reading at the press start screen.
if its broke and wont work ur covered by 90 day gurantee at the shop, they can either repair, replace or refund at the shops choice if you bought it new and still got receipet
microsoft will change disc but they only replace them in out of gurantee services and its send off ur disc and £10 or $10 i think and they send a new disc out for any broken games. warranty is with the retailer thought if ya read ur instructions

But still if they fixed that problem they wouldn't have to worry about it, would they? Nothing sucks more than coming home after purchasing a new game only to have it scratched up because the 360 moves slightly  damn you microsoft and your cheap ways.
