Will the black 360 have the same problems as the white did?

Usually the first bunch of consoles shipped out have their little bugs and problems as did the 360 originally had at launch along with the PS3s.

What are your guys thoughts? 

well... when you think about for 2 seconds it seems like there will be a shortage and it's going to be the launch all over once more! at least that is what I feared.

but they have been planing this for a while now, they know what didn't work for the first and second wave of 360 and they have solved a lot of the problems! woohoo!

 I think that this is going to be the most successful batch of 360's to hit the market... this is going to be for all of us major gamers out there, we have run out of space on are hard drives! we are tired of not being able to used are wonderful HDTV's to the fullest of the potential! and M$ is answering our prayers as gamers!

 and black is back and more beautiful than ever!

Well, it is a limited release 360, so of course not everyone will get it. The changes made to the black 360 will carry on to the Premium SKU in the near future.

I do wish that MS could have come out with a bigger hard drive sooner, but what can you do. I just hope that with all the improvements they made to the 360, that none of the same problems come up again. I'm on my 4th 360, and none too happy about it.

EDIT: To Luncbox1, the improvements that are present in the newer 360 are: bigger hard drive, 65nm chip size over 90nm (still a rumor), and better internal cooling system. I also heard that the cache on the CPU is supposed to increase, but I have no proof of that.

All that and more, man.

it has been confirmed that this new Black 360 is coming but I don't know where you heard it was going to be limited?!

the only news MS have released is that it is planned to launch at the end of april.... so we know it's coming but for you to make a statement about there only being a few is if just rumor.
