I like Ghost Town and thats pretty much it :lol: Ive only played Blackout on Team SWAT and I HATE that map when its Team SWAT and Ive only played Avalanche once so I cant form an opinion on that :lol:
Well the Heroic Map Pack was eventually free, and I am sure the Legendary Map Pack will be too. But it took awhile for the Heroic one to be free, and then they made new maps. I say just go ahead and buy them.
Damn, Im missing out. I never knew it was going to be free :lol: My friend Ueli was saying something about July 7th being Bungie day and they were going to do something for Halo 3 gamers then... Maybe theyre releasing Cold Storage? Dont know though, purely speculation.
I'm sure it will be eventually. If you want it that bad why don't you just spend the $10 and get it?

Yes I think these maps are worth $10 but why should I spend more money when I already given M$ so much of my cash? I'd like to have at least some satisfaction by saving a little.

3 months later and the legendary maps still arent free... Any word on an impending release?meseriousface
No, but we do know that there is some sort of map pack coming out with 6 maps in it. The Legendary may become free when that comes out. We don't know when that is though.
Seeing as the New achievements only allow you to get them on a legendary map. Even when the Mythic map pack comes out they STILL would not be free. Great idea for their business but not for those fans that do not have them yet.
The "fans" can suck it up. If they don't want to buy the maps then Im sure they can also survive with out some meaningless pictures with worthless numbers attached to them.
