hey everybody, pay day's coming up, and i am getting a game almost every pay check i get and save the rest, but i got my 360 elite when it first came out so i missed some big hits, anyways onto the current dilemma, i am planning to buy bioshock..now that in Tennessee is roughly 63-64 bucks inc. tax. but i've been craving for some rainbow six action lately (loved RB6: 3) and i'd like to get RB6V as well for 40 bucks at walmart, however, i don't want to buy it if a new one will come out sometime early next year with better graphics, gameplay, etc. so would it be safe to say i'd get my 40 bucks worth on 10 month old game?

i hope so because vegas was a let down for me for 2 reasons.

1. when you zoomed in you were less accurate than when you didnt. which is bs.

and 2. the smg's were more acurate even at long range than the assault rifles, again thats complete bs. anyone that knows anything about guns knows this..

but if they fix those 2 problems, the game would be freaking great.

Considering Ubisoft currently has Splinter Cell: Conviction and their new IP, EndWar, both currently set for next spring, as well as a likely yearly iteration of Ghost Recon (which usually comes during this period), I'd say that Ubisoft has enough Tom Clancy games coming in such a short span.

I'll come in late 2008 at the earliest. Go ahead and pick up Vegas.

Highly unlikely Ubi Soft is swamped with other games fanchises right now. MAYBE the end of '08 but I'd say most likely your March estimate is about right, but probably March of 09 instead of 08.

Just all guesses though.

I bought RB6:V last week, and it's a great game that shouldn't be missed. And as one guy said here, SC:C is coming out along with two more games from TC and Ubisoft.

It would be awesome if there was, but I highly doubt it. Just go ahead and get R6:V, you won't regret it.

Ok, you obviously have no idea what you are talking about. 1.When your zoomed in its MORE accurate(maybe if you play the game more than 5mins you would know this) 2. The SMGs are more accurate than assault rifles at long range?? Youve got to be smoking crack. If you know anything about guns, it doesnt matter what you have if your shooting fully automatic down range, its going to be less accurate than if you were firing single shot and they did take this in account in the game. Maybe you should get your facts straight buddy

umm no i played the game for months and ive been shooting weapons for over 20 years. i said that the smgs were more accurate on the game than the assault riflles, which is not anything like real life, in real lilfe the assualtrifles are much more accurate. and when you zoomed in on the game it wasnt as accurate as when you didnt. lol dont accuse me of smoking crack sir.. you need to read the post a little better. and i was talking about single shot as well as rapid fire. and my facts are completely streight.

(Warning Spoiler starts here) At the end of the singleplayer campaign there is two possible endings, but both have a To Be Continued... at the end (End of Spoiler). Expect a sequel later on in 2009 or late 2008.

although i played the game when it first came out,for a bout 2 months after, then i got tired of the bs that i listed above, i havent played it since then so they may have fixed some of it in an update. but son you need to watch your accusations.
