I'm just curious because I heard that it was supposed to be a trilogy.

I love rock lee! Anyways this is what i read from another forum(these are not my words) "Silicon Knights laid off about 26 people. About 30% of its work force. Dropped some game development projects. And Too Humans Lead Designer left SK to work for MSFT. I don't think you should expect anything from SK or Too Human for a long while...if ever." So I don't really think so as of now. I could be wrong though cause you never really know.
I feel weird because I don't have a "thumbs up guy" in my pic. Anyway,
It is supossed to be a trilogy but when Kinect came out MS killed some games with it, like Kameo 2. I think in Too Human's case, they announced that it would be a trilogy years before it came out and I don't think they expected the game to be as bad (according to reviews) as it was. So they probbaly scrapped the idea of a trilogy after the game came out and the layoffs. Alot of games have cliffhanger endings and were supossed to be part of a series, but bad reviews and such took that idea out, like Clive Barker's Jericho.
Dante(pretty sure that's Dante) would annihilate my "thumbs up guy" in seconds. Don't worry, feel like a BAMF!I feel weird because I don't have a "thumbs up guy" in my pic. Anyway,

Thanks for your input guys. Even though I completely understand if a sequel is out of the question it would be nice if it did happen one day.
this is a pretty old video, but this thread reminded me of the video. the sequel is mentioned around 5:30

I actually liked that game despite its flaws. They certainly seemed to be setting you up for a sequel, but I don't think there will be one. That game took years to come out and almost became vaporware.
I think SK are working on Xmen Destiney now, but I remember Too Human was ment to be a trilogy. I enjoyef it and the cyber norse theme was well done.
Not always though. Wet and Naughty Bear just got sequels and neither one sold well not to mention the subpar reviews. Too Human is really all this company has right now, besides the new mysterious IP they aren't telling anyone about.Games that have no return profit usually do not receive funding for another game.

I hope they do come out with a Too Human 2 and add more players to the multiplayer. The problem withe first game was the difficulty when you add a friend. We could never get past a whole level.. EVER!!
BTW the thumbs up guy from fallout is badass lol
i would love a sequel, i really enjoyed the first game. There is supposed to be a trilogy but im not sure if they are gonna make another game because i dont think the game sold well enough to make another game, but who knows maybe there will be. There was another game that came out for the original xbox called Advent Rising that was also supposed to have a trilogy but it also sold poorly and had some kind of contest going for it and im not sure what happened after that.
that would be nice i played the demo to this game and liked it i cant imagine what it will be like as it continues with more contnet!I'm just curious because I heard that it was supposed to be a trilogy.

Actually it happens pretty often, if there is potential, publishers wont give up on it so easily. Especially if it had a big hype campaign, half the battle is getting people to know your game exist. If they know about the series, its just a matter of convincing them to buy it with grand promises of how much better than the first it is.Games that have no return profit usually do not receive funding for another game.
