Will UbiSoft sue the makers of Blood Rain?

I was playing the blood rain demo and i am amazed...the game is an icnredible copy of Splinter Cell down to the smallest particular.

Animations, art style (wow tell me tat guy is not Sam fisher) sounds( did u turn the goggles on?) game play (down to the last move)

there must be a limit to hom much you can copy of a game.

Saints row was very similar to GTA but still had some personality and no auto aim and a different feel in driving and multy player but this...this is INCREDIBLE.

I think Ubisoft shoud sue this people
