Will we ever see a fully downloadable game like GT on PS3?

Topic... Will it be like Gears? or will it be something like an original xbox game like H1?hellfire9988

I'd expect it to be something that was in development, but failed as a full retail game, or was decided to be  a xbl title. I don't think any xbox1 or 360 titles would be DL(gthd was not a ps2 title, but a revamp title for the PS3), and let alone free, but I think it's possible to get a full game.

GTHD was pretty fun(for me) though, played it for a couple days, then got bored of it, surprised I played  a racer that long.
