As with all magical ghosty creatures, you'll need magic, an enchanted weapon, or a silver weapon. I think Deadric weaponry might also work... Enchanted will probably be the most powerful for you, or magic if you're a mage. If you're playing as a rogue, try and sneak up to them to get the damage bonus.
