windows id help

I would like to change my windows live id on the xbox dashboard, but i dont know how to. i cant find a way to, and i have changed my msn email since i registered with Live. please help, i would really like the convienience of my msn contacts on my xbox.

There are some issues that need fixing for Windows Live ID.  This and the age.  I can't get on to Live Msngr on 360 because it thinks I have a child account.tjoeb123

I have the same problem. :( I contact 1-800-4-MY-XBOX and they said to wait 72 hours and if it still didn't work call them back and supply the reference number that they gave me.
