Is this common? I usually use a wired controller, but picked up a couple of wireless going cheap.

Every once in a while it seems to lost its connection, the game pauses and I have to hit the centre button again!

Is this common? or am I unlucky. Its not a major problem, just a bit annoying.

Stay away from 3rd party controllers (if they even make any for 360...) and be sure to change the batteries when they get really low.

And of course, avoid heavy damage to the controller.

Thats all I got.

They had two bars left? I'll try some fresh ones ans see if its an improvement. They are both offical xbox ones - but i did pick them up second hand.

I didn't have any issues when the batteries were fresh, so maybe it is that? But at the same time, i wouldn't expect issues when they still have half thier life left.

Fresh batteries and the problem is solved!

A bit annoying that it only seems to like batteries when they are fresh, but still, at least its not the controller.

I'll just have to use rechargeables. Otherwise i'm going to have a stack of half empty batteries.
