wireless headset worth it ??

is the xbox 360 wireless headset worth the kinda steep pricetag? i just have the one it cam with would it be that much of an upgrade??

i like mine, sound quality is a lot better than the standard headset in my opinion,

not to mention it is a lot lot lot more comfortable to wear than the normal one 2

In Ireland and I'm guessing the rest of Europe as well, Microsoft have stopped selling the wireless headset and have replaced it with the original wired version. I think that says it all :)

I've had mine for over two years and it works fine =] I think as long as your speak loud naturally and are good with your things you won't have any problems

I have had mine since they first came out and have never had any issues.

Ehh...i have both the standard and wireless..to be honest i hae only used the wireless one twice...otherwise i prefer the standard...

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but i can't get the damn wireless set to stay on my ear..it always falls off no mtter what i try :P..

They break all the time. Their as bad as launch 360's. I'm not exaggerating. I dont know anyone on thier 1st 360 (RROD obviously) and I don't know anyone who's wireless headset still works. Also don't purchase the Red Remotes...YoungSinatra25

i have had a wireless headset since they first came out, and it still works perfect,

i also have one of the red pads, bought at launch, it still works perfect to.......

If you want a good headset, check out the Turtle Beach X11 from Amazon 10-15 bucks more and well, just look at it. The sound quality is great, it's great at picking up small sounds, and the mic is fully adjustable without breaking.

I have a Wireless, Works perfectly fine.

I'm not a fan of them. I'd much rather recommend a wired gaming headset which probably won't cost too much more than the wireless mic. They have better voice quality overall and can provide game sounds to your ears.. Stuff such as turtle beaches and Tritons.
