okay well you have to have high speed internet you should know that then all you have to get is an wireless router and the wireless adaptor for the 360 after you have everything set up yes you will be able to be on your 36 and pc at the same time(wired or wireless)

You'll be needing a wireless router for that, and wireless internet adapters for all of your consoles (basically just your 360 because I think the PS3 has built in wifi), as long as the router's connected to the internet and you have put the consoles within range of the router you'll be all set, the only downside being is wireless is more unreliable and the equipment costs a helluva lot more than wired, and yes, you can be on the internet on all 3 at the same time if you really wanted to.

You must have been lucky then because I had a laptop with wireless and I disconnected at least once every hour, wired it works like a charm

you just have to know to set up the wireless correctly and it won't sign you out ever. PS3 and Wii both have wifi which is pretty much a built in wireless adapter it picks up wireless signal from your wireless modem or router. You'll need a router to be on more then one of those at once. XBOX360 is the only next gen system without it, however the 360 elite will have wifi. So if you don't have the elite you will need a wireless gaming adapter for your 360. either the 360 usb one or choose from different compatible adapters.
