As long as all the 360's have the wireless network adapter you can system link wirelessly by setting up an ad hoc network.

Wireless is always possble but just remember that wireless is not as fast as a wired network.  I keep telling the people where I work that wireless is nice for somethings but to convert the entire network over to wireless is not a smart move as a wireless singal will never be as fast as a wired signal.  I mean Wireless N has been set for a full release for over a year but is still in draft as they can't agree on things.  It would have given wireless a nice boost up from the standard G.  They also now have Cat 7 wire that will suppose up to 10Gbits.  Granted they are much short runs for the moment but compare that to the wireless signal we use.  It pails in comparison.
