wirless network adapter HELP!!!

i just bought the wirles network adapter and the thing just wont work, the light in the front of the adapter is red and i dont know how to configurate it can u please help me!!?

ALso does someone know when does the update will be released

I had the same prob when i got it, The signel bars were full and it just wouldn't connect,i called the provider and they said to turn down the strenght of the firewall,and guess what, it worked!
