See if they know anything. I actually got that once but then after I opened and closed the tray the game ran fine and I've never gotten it again. If you try that and it still doesn't work try restarting your xbox and if it still doesn't work call that number and see if they know what the problem is.
That's really odd. I've never hear dof a 360 doin that. Sometimes it tells me the disc can't be read and I just turn it off and on again. Maskedboy
I got it right after the last update but like I said it went away. But it could possibly be a glitch from the update I've heard a couple others on here tell us that their 360s broke because of the update.
I've had the same issue with Gears of War. Some people said that its the hard drive, like the guy a few posts above. Some say its the CD, some say its the DVD Drive. Truth is, there are many different reasons. If its only happening to one game, it's probly the CD, like mine's was. I suggest that if you get it working, never leave the game in the DVD drive while your not playing the game. If your at the dashboard, or playing a Xbox Live game, watching a Harddrive Video or something, take the DVD out and put it in its case, to prevent it from getting hot and maybe causing damage to the DVD overtime. Light damage, but eventually it will screw you over badly. My 360 has recently gotten the Red Ring error, so I'm running it on the towel fix, Don't know if this will happen to you shortly, but be extra careful when taking care of your 360 from now on.
