what is the deal here... it says its available. if its not available yet, dont make an update for it."cant retrieve information from xbox live. please try again later." is what it says when i try to get more microsoft points. has anyone not had a problem and downloaded the new maps yet or is it like this for everyone everywhere?
I'm at work right now and I tried to buy it and send it to my xbox through the website and it wouldn't load for me. Maybe the same problem? I'm going to try it again when I get home tonight, though. I'll try to download them and if it works I'll get back to you.
I'm having the same problem as well and am going to admit that it's kind of pissing me off. Same error statement about a week ago when i was downloading something. Really irritating.
i got the same msg you guys have gotten when i tried to renew my gold membership..i thought it used the code and then not give me what i payed for due to the error. glad it didnt.
