Yeah, that game is sick online because they have pretty much fixed most of the bugs and whatnot. My pick though is MLB 2K8, the game had too much lag and was next to unplayable online.
Call of Duty 2...Unless your playing with friends. The campaign was great, but the online play felt unfinished. There is no incentive (ranks, xp) to do matches against random people. Well its online was just for fun then, im complaining alot because call of duty 4 and waw spoiled me in terms of online features.

Yeah I think people are getting spoiled by Call of Duty 4. Before that came out. Call of Duty 2 was my multiplayer home! :P I loved it. (well, I still do :D) I would say a good game that was horrible on line was The Darkness. That was pretty much unplayable online. So laggy and glitchy.
Chrome hounds. Mostly because it SHOULD have been so much fun and was for the 1st 4 days. BUT then everyone figured out how to cover their cockpits in armor and connectors and it went to crap. I i had a nickle for every heat-seeking chicken-mech ive seen in that game id own the server sega runs on.
more like Gears 2, mad people glitch even after the second update, and that smoke grenade is the dumbest thing ever, takes an hour for your guy to get up from it too
Team Fortress 2. Don't get me wrong I LOVE the game but for some reason that is the only game I cannot find a game without lag for some reason. VERY frustrating considering how much fun it is.
gears of war, when you have a good connection its an awesome and fun game. when you lag, you lag bad and it makes the game frustrating and unplayable (both 1 and 2)
Very true I remember starting an 8 player match, and despite playing for over an hour we never filled the match - it was the only public match running in that time. It was fun to play when you got a group of people in, but the chance of finding other people online is very small. When you do find them, they are nearly all just playing for achievements
Definitely Brothers In Arms. That game was such a disappointment compared to the last two games. I bought the game with high expectations. After I beat the single player, I played online a little bit and didn't find it enjoyable. I haven't played it since then.
Also, I found Gears 1 to be alot of fun after you realised you had to use shotguns. Sure, it wasnt as fun as single player, but it was still a blast. Gears 2 on the other hand would be awesome.. if it had public matches. Gears is one of my favourite console game series, but I dont play online, simply because I dont have the time to wait for a match.

You do know they fixed that problem a few months ago right?
Mines would be condemned 2: Just hit eachother with an weapon and just hope you aren't the first one to die... seriously, it was just wacking eachother to dead instead of the tactic fights used in the campaign (with blocking and stuff). Get's really boring after the first 2-3 matches, especially if you suck like i did

gta iv race modes seriously not the modes/game it self the people that play it, well over half, they try to wreck you , stop on starting grid shoot you drive backwards etc in gta race they walk around shoot any racer just trying to finish and they continue on that one target ,
also they talk on mic trash like i cant say it also its bad on your rep because they give you negiative for beating them
Noone played poor old MUA online fun ass game to play with friends though and to everyone talking about gears its a very love hate game its definitely not something everyone gets into doesn't mean its bad.
I have had my 360 for over 2 1/2 years now and by far the worst game I have played online is Gears 2, it is a total joke. It is such a fun and great looking game, but past that it is terrible. The matchmaking never works right, the lag is awful, and glitches and inconsistencies are terrible. Shoot someone in the head with the shotgun? Works about 75% of the time. I am fed up with it..... The game does not work right, plain and simple. I am considering a class action lawsuit against Epic. I am fed up.

Well you just have to keep trying. Probably 2/10 games i play lag but sometimes i'll go weeks without seeing any lag. Though hackers are starting to ruin it..
Anyway the worst i've played is probably The darkness.
Disagree with me if you must but I'm going to say Halo 3. It's been over run with either cocky gamers or 10 year old kids who swear too much. The only time I'll play it now is when my friends are.
