worst xbla purchase?

mine would have to be either buying this history channel special that came on the day after when I was flipping through
or when i downloaded yaris...it was horrible, EDIT: it was free though

But on the other hand i bought triggerheart elexcia and im loving it to death even though it got bad reviews all round.

For some reason i wasted 200 points on a Juiced 2 theme. Its horrible.. :(V1nnyUK

There is far more rubbish on xbla than there is decent stuff. Most of the stuff there isn't even worth downloading the demo, but even the ones I've downloaded to try have been poor.

Screwjumper was dire, but fortunately I tried the full game for free before getting that.

A lot of the demos I tried were deleted within 10 minutes, which leaves me with a bunch of MS points on my account waiting for something good to come along. Atleast the stuff I've bought with points I've been happy with.

Can't really complain about games like Undertow or Carcassonne since they were both given away free.

Geometry Wars. Not that its a bad game, but only because the demo was perfectly enough for me to get some shape killing in. The full version had nothing more to offer but unlimited playing time. Which I never really get past the 5 minutes or whatever youre allowed in the demo anyway.

Waste of 400 points in my opinion.

anyways..that undertow was boring, wasnt worth putting on my gamerscore. thanks microsoft for the free gift!

I would say either worms because it is missing alot of weapons, voices and basically everything that should be in every worms game. and then to top it they add some more but you have to pay more points after you already bought worms. in my opinion arcade games shouldn't have dl content unless its really cheap or adds alot to the game.

2nd choice would have to be GRAW 2 map pack...my clan wanted me to buy it so i got the points and did....never played the maps. I think i have played 2 of them one time. wasted money.

undertow even though it was free i couldn't finish the game but some how my cousin who is 9 years old finished it with me in coop i just did nothing

I bought Alien Hominid thining you could do co-op online. I already beaten it on my ps2 but I played through it again and haven't really played it after.

The Resident Evil 4 theme. Even though it was like 10 points, it was just the same picture on each slide.

Small arms. Thought it would be a good deal for 400 points. I feel sorry for anyone who payed 10 dollars on it.

Everything. Truthfully, I think XBLM is garbage. I haven't found 1 game demo that completely sold me. I've only bought Sonic 1 and 2, but those aren't even original games!choffles

You need to try more games. Yeah, there's a lot of crap on XBLA, but there HAS to be something you love.

Try Marble Blast Ultra (awesome game, and i tend to hate games like that), Assault Heros, Ikaruga (it's a port but..), Arkadian Warriors, Puzzle Quest (awesome game), etc.

I bought the Dead Rising Zombie theme, and vowed never again to pay for a theme. It was complete crap, if I use the guide button background it's harder to read.Scarface_tm431

I use the Halo 3 Red Charity theme or the Gears 2 "Bare Your Teeth" one... it's easier to read and chainsawy!
