Just caught some bad employees. The couple times I've called a while back, the people were helpful.msjr78
I agree, most MS customer support people are nice.
Yeah, they're being retarded about fixing mine because it's a refurb. I gguess that's what I get for trying to save a few bucks but still.
Edit: the guy I talked to was nice enough though, even if it took 30 minutes to get to him.
The first time I called was because my Cables werent working. The guy ignore my warrenty question and kept asking me if I had them pluged in right or if I had another Cable or if my freind had one...it was bull****.
I hate calling them ppl. They dont know ****...they looks up**** on the computer and then tell you. I can do that myself.
