im so glad we get ninja gaiden 2 instead of metal gear solid 4..i personally only thing the only real good metal gear was the original but i havent played all the way through snake eater...but ninja gaiden is so fun and soo violent haha
ng2 is more fun than mgs4 if u dont know mgs story. i never knew what was so great about having story in video games. i just wanted to kill ppl and have fun.
NG2 is good, i prefer the original IMO. The new weapons are real taky.. and damn shiny :|.. Oh and MGS4 is going to be a awesome game, im sorry but NG2 has nothing on MGS4.

ya i know that mgs4 is much better( game of the year written in ink) but ng2 is really good.
I agree this game is awesome - I was surprised that it only got an 8 though... I personally feel that it's sharper than the first one, and the health things makes it playable from the start instead of plunging you into massive difficulty, allowing you to master the game over time, it really did disserve a 9, or atleast 8.5 - but yeh, awesome game.

I agree. I play games for GAMEPLAY.... not for the story or cutscenes. NG is all about action. Im sick of people downgarding it because of the story.

That's pretty funny. I'm actually buying the game, but I'm bothered by that. What I like about the game is gameplay and combat(Sweet weapons, customization), but if they are trimming that out for more story, it's a con to me.
And NG2 is amazing. The difficulty will really test you when you get to Warrior and higher.
I have NG2 but i didnt open it cause i heard it wasnt that good so im thinking about returning it for dbz,What do you think.swsoldier6
terrible idea, just open it and play it. I don't understand why people buy games when they know they're not going to open it.
anyways, on topic, Ninja Gaiden 2 is definietly the most bad ass game I've played this generation. There have been multiple times through out the cut scenes where I'm just so psyched to be watching all the badassery at hand. The cut scene with Muramasa in chapter 11? AWESOME.
Im playing ninja gaiden 2 right now and yes it is awesome. Best game on the 360 in a long time. But you cant really compare it with mgs4. that game is on a whole different level. Who cares there are so many cutscense? Its a story driven game with awesome gameplay. I have both systems, so i am no fanboy. MGS4 will will be up there in one of the greatest games of all time. NG2 lacks story but its amazing to look at during gamesplay and even the weird cutscense. Nothing really makes sense. You fight in all kinds of locations for no reason but its ok to do that when the combat is as amazing as it is. The point of this post is NG2 is great but just more of the same greatness. MGS4 will be talked about for years to come and join the list of all time greatest games. Just appreciate the great games on both systems. If you have them both then you can enjoy it all, and if you chose to stay to just one side then you really don't enjoy gaming all the much. I have all the systems because i love to experience all kinds of games.
