hey guys i just got skate. and i cant believe how good it is!!! i mean ya the camera u have to get used to but it is way better then tony hawk.......i really like how it is much more challening then tony hawks button mashing system.......

just thought i would share the news

yeah i love the game too, i just hope that in the next skate. they make it so you can walk around, because i've seen so many steps i've wanted to skate but i can't find out how to get up top.

Yeah, Skate is an interesting game, it's the first in a series and I think it's going to do really good.

I used to love Tony hawk b4 I played this, the tricks just feel natural with the right analog. Just wish I'd known b4 hand that I suck at this sort of thing b4 I got it. I just didn't have the patience to advance the career mode when i had to do all those films in un-specified locations, and I always got my ass handed to me when going up against the pro's in S.K.A.T.E, this game was really awesome and a revolution in sports games, I just suck too much to enjoy it.

I absolutely love that game; I liked the genre to begin with, and this just felt so d*** REAL. It was a topnotch game, I can't wait for the sequel, I hope they improve the camera feature, maybe let you have free control of the camera, not locked in angles. I don't know who thought of that control scheme, but they need a raise.

I agree with everything that was said ! SKATE is definately a revolution in skateboarding games which was a monoply b4 with the tony hawk games.. now there is ANOTHER way to skateboard in games ;)

Skate was alot of fun but i found myself getting bored with it after awhile just as i would with the Tony Hawk games. Skate is definatly a better game though, easy.
