wtf? does anyone elses xbox 360 screw the game up really bad?

becuase my splinter cell double agent game is screwed up and every time i go into the 3d map it freezes when i try to get out

so either this was my stupid newphew or xbox 360 is really screwed up

and i havent took it out of the xbox 360 or left it laying out only in the case or in the xbox 360
