WTF is up With Xbox LIVE

This is redicilous, how many times are we gonna have to go through Xbox LIVE having constipation issues? Everythings hellu-va slow, the matchmaking in Gears2 is taking forever to find matches, when sending messages it sometimes won't send or will stay at the screen for ages, I chose a wingman match and it randomly placed me in a Guardian/anex etc match (weird).

It's nice to know that I'm getting my $50 worth on top of my $65 purchase of the game! ANd this problems has existed for more than 3 days now. Also, crappy PSN is free and dont experience this amount of constant issues. My rant is over now :) I'm sure they have enough money to support all the Xbox LIVE members.

there have been recent problems with LIVE. Started about 3 days ago where it would take 2 minutes to display and to view friends that are online. Sometimes it would take 2 minutes or more to connect in matchmaking COD4. This again, started 3 days ago, well until I noticed it. And no, its not my connection. Tjeremiah1988

im sorry you pay 15 cents a day for xbox. maybe ill go play resistance 2 on my brother in laws ps3. ohh wait i cant cause we always lag out. also its not all of xbox live that is screwing up, its gears. it must be a miracle that call of duty 4 was working today, oh wait so was left for dead, codwaw, halo and all the thousands of other games.

ya this happened to my friend yesterday and me today it takes forever to log on and its always downloading game setting in cod4 and cod5 so its not our connection its xbox live

Gears 2 has really bad servers on connecting/getting you to a match.

I can't even play multiplayer on gears 2, only horde and co-op.

But yes, I've experienced some of your encounters too. With the guide button taking forever to load messages and friends. It's usally only a 1 day thing for me, but it does return. Sometimes sevenfold.

My LIVE has been down for about 3 weeks due to my father being a dumbass and breaking my ethernet cord. and the only way to fix it is to get a unreliable wireless adapter or have the cable company come to my house and re-wire my room.
