funny story, i did a paper for english and i had asked white students(most of them all white but trying to be gangster)what compton looked like,they said run down,street fights everywhere,drug deals everywhere,cops on every corner,etc. and i showed them actual picture of compton,just a regualar(slightly run downed town)they were like really suprised.
