x360 controller for pc prob

the xbox360 controller for should work on the 360 right? why cant my 360 recognise it? is there any drivers i need to install or sumtin?

Wired should work but for wireless you have to buy an adapter. It should download the drivers automatically for the wired one.. at least mine did.

Wired should work but for wireless you have to buy an adapter. It should download the drivers automatically for the wired one.. at least mine did.

I find it pointless to buy the adapter for PC... I mean c'mon we could buy something more useful like the Play N Charge Kit!

Play and charge kit doesn't work with PC.. and even on 360 they don't last very long.

The play n' charge kit only charges the controller, it doesn't transmit any of the input data or anything.

yeah im sorry.. i bought a xbox360 controller for PC before to play on my laptop..then i bought an xbox and i tried to connect the controller for the PC one but i cant? i read the description it siad it should be compatible.. how do i make it so that my xbox 'find' the pc controller?

If its wireless hit the sync button on the top of the controller and the front of the 360.
