x360 slim help

hi i got a new 360 slim 1 week ago and my screen has a light green and yellow tint like a circle not the whole screen. when i play game it dissapears but on white color it easy noticeable hard to see on any other colors but it comes and goes anyone know whats the problem if its heat or something btw playing on a standard tv.

it only happens on dashboard not playing games and only on the color white but it dissapears and then comes back repeats its self
