X360 video question

What format does the video's on the 360 use? Mp4? It might be an easy question but I have looked and for some reason I don't see the answer anywhere.

that's what i was wondering a few weeks ago too.. it's surenot avi i think .wmv because that stands for windows media video or sumtin right?

I thought it might have been mp4 becuase of the fact that my zune uses it. But I don't seem to be able to watch my mp4's on my xbox either.
