Alright before everyone says this has been posted before I just had to point something out. A couple of weeks agoI dl'd the RE5 wallpaper for my PS3. I got on my Xbox 360 the other day, saw the same wallpaper had just come out, but for 50 MSP. I mean WTF, the same wallpaper for the PS3 except this time I have to pay for it. I meanI may not be forced to pay for the wallpaper, but its just the idea that the same thing is free for PS3. Please tell me why this is, why are we honestly being ripped off.

Why should it be free? I would like that explained...I dont think MS brought out the console and XBl for your benefit...just like Sony brought out the PS3 or nintendo and the wii just so you could lay your games and have free wallpaper....they done it TO MAKE MONEY...thats why they charge you...people like you make me so angry.

Wow. This is a waste of a thread, complaining about how Microsoft makes money. No one cares, if you don't like it. Don't buy wallpapers off of Xboxlive then, and ignore it. No one wants to hear about how wallpapers should be free, they arn't. Get over it.

Because Microsoft also devleops the Windows operating system and they let us customize and freely change the wallpapers in that. It'd be nice to see the same sort of customizable stuff on the 360.

erm the wallpaper shouldnt be free it was playstations choice to make it free and seriously man stop being such a god damn tramp 50msp is like 50p or 50cents. So how about you dig deep down the back of your couch and see if you can save enough money enough not sell your mothers wrinkly old body.
If you think it's so cheap, then how about you send him the .50 or whatever it costs to download them. :P
Is it possible to insert an user-made theme into your console without having to pay MS points? Wanted to make a theme for myself but couldent find an option.
i agree MS charges for things i think should be free.
but then again XBL is a very good service, theres lots on there that needs to have a cash flow to cover it...but why they post ads all over the place and still make us pay is beyond me.
