XBL down or is it just me?

I keep failing my ICMP test but when I retry it says Xbox LIVE failed even though I was playing just last nite

The failures vary each time I take the test so I'm not sure whether its me or Xbox LIVE which is at fault.

Any suggestions please :)

Just as I posted my last one I signed into xbox live successfully

Im not holding my breath on it working for long tho
