XBL games going for 80 MS Points???

Just noticed some community (indie) games are going for 80 MS Points. Is that a typo? Lowest I've ever seen go is 200. This would make it, what, $0.80? Is that normal? Here's what I mean:

Likely cause their brutal games, if their was a diamond in the rough their we would have already heard of it. Until then, I'll keep my 80 MS points.

80 MS is equal to $1 (it's weird, idk why they did that, but they did)

indie games are priced by the people who make them i believe...so $1 must be justifiable to that game that person made

They must be really bad.

Eh, I only have 1 80 point game, and that's the drum one, it's good to screw around for a few minutes, but after that, yeah.
