hey, i have an XBL 3 month gold card and an XBL 12+1 month gold card. Say i enter the 3 month membership first, then i enter the 12+1 month membership. Will i get a 16 months of total XBL membership or will the 12+1 month gold membership override the 3 month gold membership? im pretty sure it would add but just to be on the safe side, im asking. thx in advance. and my apologies for being a n00b.

Hmm... Well it should give you 16 months. But, why dont you just use the three month, keep the 12 in a safe place, and when the three is up, use the 12 month! :D

I'm pretty sure you can use them all at the same time.

Yes it'll add up. Your 3 month subscription will start right after your 13 months expire and so on. If you turn on your 360 and look at your Membership status or whatever like that, it will say you're using your 3 month subscription. And when your 3 month runs out, if you check your Membership status agin, it should say your 13 months is activated. So you can continue to add whatever subscription you have and it'll just stack up and not overlap.

I never understood the point of the +1 i mean why don't they just say 13 months.

It's like when comercials say this product kills 99.9 percent of germs.
