My Xbox 360 has broke and needs to be sent into microsoft and they are sending me a box wich I am suppose to use to send in my Xbox 360 and it will come in 5-7 days and then they will send me a new xbox 360 ,oh by the way my xbox 360 was not reading any of the disc's that I put in.What have been your experience with the whole system repair thing have they been good or bad how long does it usually take,is there any particular way I need to send my xbox to them.Anything will help, thanks in advance

still on my first.. had it since july I know your trying to gloat about your flawless hardware, but the TC specifically asked about peoples experiences with repairs.

i would also like to know. mine started messing up yesterday, it freezes within five minutes. tried all the things on the trouble shooting page and still didn't work. i had mine for 10 months with no problem. well i have to wait till tomorrow to call in (sorry didn't mean to hijack just didn't see a point in making another one of these threads)
they say they give it to u in 8-10 days, but they usually take around 15-18, i had two friends tell me, but if u call and complain frequently and tell them they took more than they said, they will give u a free MICROSOFT game like pgr 3,kameo,etc...
