This guy is right; for the most part. Rent Gears of War, beat the campaign, don't touch the multiplayer or it will make you start crying; it cannot compare to the stellar campaign in any way. Also, take of Tony Hawk's Proving Ground, that game is right next to crap; I advise that you buy skate. I don't care what the gamespot review said, they took 2.5 points off pretty much only on having realistic brands presented in there, which for me added to the experience. Anyways, Halo 3, good for multiplayer, decent campaign. Assassin's Creed, no multiplayer function, very well-done single player. Bioshock, one of the better shooters of the year, very indepth and engrossing story. Call of Duty 4, well, that's the best shooter I've ever played. Granted, I'm a newage gamer, I wasn't around back in the original Doom days and such, so I can't give as much of an opinion, but I've got an expansive knowledge and I've played most of the classics, and honestly, this is definitely the best shooter this year (if not best game). Stellar graphics, campaign is short but extremely fun, and the multiplayer is some of the most indepth I've ever seen for a shooter. Halo really can't compete with this game. Lastly, I've never played Ace Combat 6, but I guess it's a good game if you like flight simulators.
