The Premium Console comes with the following: + Wireless controller + XBOX Live Headset + 20 Gig HDD + Chromed out disk drive + Component Cables Core comes with: - Wired controller (Boooo...) - White plastic everything (No chrome.... Boooooo...) - No HDD (Big booooooooooo...) - Composite cables (No HD...... boooooooooo....) - No XBOX Live headset (Boooo....) Basically, the Core pack = Tard pack and the Premium is the only way to go and saves you money.

Pro/Premium - comes with 20GB HDD (actually is only about 13GB of free space/ hi def cables/ composite cable/ can play some original xbox games (more with updates you will have with LIVE)/ ethernet cable/ headset/ LIVE silver/ LIVE gold 30 day trial/ chrome disc tray.

Core - wired controller/ composite cable/ LIVE silver/ LIVE gold 30 day trial

console obviously comes with both... so get the premium/ pro console... more for your money.

While i don't think wired controllers are a "boo" i know the premium package console is much better. Oh and why i don't think the wired is a "boo" because it saves you money. I could have spent $10 extra on a wireless then bought a play and charge kit...... which in turn makes it a wired controller while you charge it. Or i could just keep getting batteries OR i could get the battery charge station....... Well i spent $10 less on the controller and then didn't have to buy anything else. While i do have a wireless controller i only use it when i have a friend playing (the wires are so long you can sit super far back).

The core system is basically just the console and a wired controller. The premium system is the console, a wireless controller, a hard drive, and an xbox live headset.

Since people have already posted what they come with let me say this. If you're planning on playing online, get the Premium. It comes with a headset so you can communicate with teammates, and people often yell at those who play games like GoW. Good luck.

Actually I'm really glad I got the wired controller, I use it for PC games fairly frequently. Other than that though, the Premium is a way better deal , so you should probably buy that.

Get the Premium, it is not worth it to get the core. And will end up costing you more money in the end.

Dude, you really don't know what you are talking about. The Plug and play kit is amazing. It charges in no time and then you just pull it out and everything is perfect. To even think about buy battery pack after battery pack is crazy. The only way you can really understand is if you have one.

Hey, how did you get my picture.. Did you take it. If you did, it's no big deal. I guess it means you like it.

If I could go back in time, I'd get the premium rather than the core. It's definitely a MUCH better deal in the long run.
