Xbox 360 E buzzing when playing disc

I recently bought an Xbox 360 E in August, and lately it's been buzzing whenever i play ANY disc. Should I be worried?

Yup, better take it to a technician and have it checked.

Thing is, it stops after a while, and none of the discs have scratches on them. If you give it a little bang on the top, it'll stop too. Plus, I download all of my games from the disc onto the hard drive, so that way it only needs the disc to read it.

More than likely that the drive tray is loose, or there is a screw or fitting loose on the optical drive. Could be internal or someting in and around the drives location. As above, get it checked out.

Will it be fine if I don't have it checked out or fixed?

No. May take a while but something may work loose. Not to mention the danger of scouring a disc if it gets worse. Optical drives are not meant to vibrate.

It hasn't buzzed in a long time, it must be fixed. Thanks for all the help!

If it starts again, you should have it fixed before your warranty ends. Have fun and game on! :)
