Xbox 360 Elite Users - have you encountered RROD

i made a mistake in buying a 360 2 years which had a broken warrenty. Today, the motherboard completely died on me. Fans stopped working, drive wouldnt even open.

I am selling individual parts now on ebay since they still work, but am interested, whats the probability on the elite going wrong(RROD)?
