hi I have a Tb hard drive that I want to use on my Xbox 360 (as I only have the 4GB slim) but i have about 300GB of stuff all ready on it. so I was wandering as you can only use 16GB will I loose all of my 300GB of saved files for 16GB of Xbox Thanks

I too have the Slim 4Gb unit and the only add on HDD I've seen is a 250GB unit made by MS. I believe the 16 Gb limit applies only to USB thumbdrives. I read in a few places that the slim can only address 16Gb so it may be that your HDD has to be partitioned in 16Gb chunks. In summary, to the best of my knowledge, you can only use the official MS Xbox add on HDD that sells for about $125.00. I hope I'm wrong though. It would be sweet if I could plug in an external USB HDD to the con.

So you can't use a flash drive or anything for the game saves?
