Yeah same, my brother brought his girlfriend around, and i was playing gears, and she was like "wow thats so cool" lol, she didnt like to play on it while i was in the room though, which was odd :P
Why don't you just ask her what kind of game she would like to play? Instead of picking one out yourself and putting yourself in the doghouse if she hates it.
My girlfriend liked going through Halo2's campaign mode. Little did she know that was making her better for MP. and now will occasionally juimp on in the Halo3 beta as a guest. Putting the difficulty down also helped and now she is kind of used to the duel stick controller

try viva pinata..its a really simple game to play and the cartoony spirit of the game might attract her to it. maybe dead ro alive 4? she'll probably button mash and not know what shes doing but she still might have fun at it you know?

She'll probably be like "what kind of little kids game is this, you could at least have some cool games" and then dump u. Prbably not, but I had to make best of the moment.

Jesus, you sad controlling man. Let your girlfriend discover what games she wants to play for herself. Are you scared that she might become better than you or something? Why do they have to be easy for her, let her play the same games you play and discover for herself what she likes and doesn't like.Â
Women are equally as good, if not better than guys, especially with shoot'em ups. I've noticed playing against women online that they have a lot more patience to simply sit in a corner and sniper your ass and they are much more team orientated. It is actually a lot of fun playing against women.
Im getting my girlfriend a 360 and rainbow six vegas so i can shoot her in the face when she pisses me off.or vice versa ya know?She likes shooting games though.She actually really violent at times i love it.
my sister loves to play gears and vegas, maybe cuz she was pretty good on james bond 007 for the N64, my other sister likes to play racing games like burnout. get burnout! thats a fun game
this is a great game for casuals to start with. also like the post below this guys arcade games are a girls best friend it seems. but the best thing you can do is sit down with her download some trials to games and don't be picky which ones after all they're trials. and then have her try them and see what she likes. my wife started playing uno on my profile and i started her own and got her xbox live now she plays arcade games of all sorts and even gears of war.Â
Well being a girl I think I can help. Even though I play everything lol. Try Guitar Hero II (if you can find it), Fuzion Frenzy 2 (it's $20 in Canada so you should be able to get it even cheaper), Viva Pinata (be carefully though it's highly addictive) and Lego Star Wars II (it's easy and both of you can play at the same time).
oh.. and check out this game called feeding frenzy in the arcade.. i got the demo for that game and my girl friend went crazy for it.. i think she liked it so much because it reminded her of finding nemo...
Also, me and her were both pretty addicted to hexic for a while.. which comes preinstalled in your harddrive.. so thats pretty cool.Â
I just bought viva pinata online pretty recently and am waiting for that to come in. I bought it for myself (I know.. I'm lame) but I have a pretty good feeling that my girl friend will like that one as well.Â
In my opinion any girl can play any game. They are humans like you and me, remember. So instead of asking us, ask her about what game she wants to play, or get some demos. Â That is what i think.
