PGR4 is not out yet. So I will have to say PGR3. I think its litterally a matter of preference between PGR and Forza. Both are great games. If you prefer sims, go with Forza. If you prefer arcade racers, go with PGR. I prefer the faster feel and arcade style of PGR.
