XBOX 360 Game Save Question

Just a quick question about 360 game saves. I want to copy my cousin's Resident Evil 5 game save to my 360, is that possible? Is there a a way I can play his game save on my console? Thanks in advance for the help.

Configure a USB, put his save on the USB, put the USB in your 360, then copy it to your HDD.

Can I use a 360 Memory Card instead of a USB stick?
