Xbox 360 games scratch way too easily

ok i meant to post this a few months back but here it is,a month or two ago i noticed a fingerprint on the back of gears of war,so i rubbed from the center out and it took the finger print away and after i noticed it left a scratch!

i hardly applied any pressure at all! and the other week the same thing happenend to forza2 this has never happenend to any of my ps2 games etc.Does anyone else have the same problem?

the video store i rent games from its called "Family Video" im not sure if thats a nationwide place but anyways they have this buffer their and for 2 dollars can fix scrathces...my nhl 07 was completely jacked didnt even work but i brought it there and that fixed it...well worth 2 bucks...

i suggest not holding the bottom of a cd with your fingers, since your not supposed to anyways.. there problem solved

ive never had a disc scratch and how could it be that microsofts discs scratch easily..theyre dvd 9 discs not like some special microsoft one so u cant just say oh micrsoft dicsc scratch easy

yes they do,they are not easy to spot!they are like microscopical but they still scratch!

this will work in some cases others it won't but if you take a bannana rub it on the cd than take the peel and rub that on the cd, clean off the disk with a cloth and it might fix it. I've done it on music cds and its worked most of the times, plus it doesn't really cost someone anything and it doesn't further damage the cd so it wouldn't hurt to try.

DVDs are really sensitive to scratches, unlike CDs. A scratched up CD can still work but doing the same thing to a DVD is going to turn it into a coaster. Just hold them by the edge and be gentle when placing them in the 360 and back into the case (don't leave them out). You shouldn't get any fingerprints or dust that way.
