Hey gamers, I got a tech question here; I have an older 360 and I just bought a new hdtv. What should i use to get the best quality from my tv, the HDav Cables or The XBox VGA adapter?

Well, it depends. I had a rather crappy offbrand hdtv a while back and the composite caples made everything look jagged and darker. But when I used the same cables on a better tv, everything was fine. But when I tried out the vga cables on my hdtv, the picture looked like that of the better tv I used the composite cables on. Just consider how good your tv is and try out the cables you think would work better.

I have an old 360(one of the very early ones), and I just use the regular cables on my HD tv.

Use the usual HDTV cables the VGA one are not gonna make it look better instead you might get reduced quality but you might be able to pull of 1080p wiht VGA cables on you HDTV if it supports that.

Although I think you use a monitor for VGA cable it uses it in a better way and they are cheaper you can get 1080p monitor (24") of Ultra high end qulity at less price then 720p usual Samsung HDTV of 32".
