xbox 360 has really loud dvd drive

okay so I've had the xbox 360 elite since may, in the back of the console it says 03-06-2007 I am wondering which 360 has a more quiet DVD drive? does arcade bundle come with a loud drive?

No, it's not scrathing your discs, mine is really loud, but so is everyone else's

The quiter ones are made after 8-27-07, or batch 734, I think. If you go to the store, look for those on the bar code sticker

hmm maybe that's why nobody replies lol. I might just keep it then. I don't feel like going hunting for the right console. I really thought all the arcade had a quieter drive but it they don't then microsoft is really cheap. I paid $500 with taxes for the elite I get no Wi-fi, no charger for my controller, no HD DVD, a really loud dvd drive. But thanks for the HDMI cable. Only reason i bought the elite because premium at the time had no HDMI :xWhyuStillAlive

If you wanted all that stuff, you should've got a ps3. Honestly, the reason I bought a 360 is because it was $100 cheaper.. then I needed to get wifi, a rechargable battery with charger, and subscribe to LIVE and realized its more expensive....
