How do i used the xbox 360 head set i put it into the controller but how do you hear and communicate with it.

Flip the switch to the right. Talk. Turn the dial to adjust the volume. Lol

ok i did that but nothing happened is there certain games that work with the head set ?????

Well for some games you have to press a button to talk, I think for Halo 3 you have to press the D pad. For Call of Duty you can just talk.

the same thing keeps happening to me. when I play Hoard on Gears 2 to talk to people I never can hear anything. try adjusting settings or reading the manual that came with it. *I* have ye to use it correctly. it only works for me when I talk to people that are on my friends list :P

Because of the party mode, not many people communicate in GOW 2. They are usually in parties with their buddies.

There is a setting somewhere that may make it so you can only talk to your friends. Go under MyXbox on the dashboard, go far right and go under settings. I think its somewhere in there

flip the switch on the wire so that it shows green, then push the wheel on the side to control volume
