none of them, it actually makes the 360 red ring. it usually takes power from 360. it is really smart to have a fan over another fan to keep it cool

Yea even though the console was badly made, the Nyko intercooler is more badly made than the xbox 360. The Nyko makes it even worse.

here are a fewways to keep your xbox cool, stand it vericaly in a cool area with good air cerculation. installing games to your xbox harddrive illiminates the need for the dvd drive meaning no fans are required to cool it as it is not in operation which on refelction reduces the overall temperature of the console.playing it for 2 hoursat any given time also helps.

I just keep a small-fan e.g. (honeywell) next to my XB-360. All-be-it a little noisy, (very-little) it keeps it very-cool to the touch. Hope that helps. Happy-gaming!

I had this same problem, I toke mine apart, dusty as hell in there. Cleaned it out some, and it works perfectly now. I don't recommend you do this, though. I broke a couple of peices that I cant fix. I keep a small fan around mine, as one of the other posters said, it keeps it cool.
