theres one certain way to tell if you're buying a Jasper 360 and thats by looking to see if the 360 has a 150 watt output power brick-175 watt is a Falcon.

It's on the label on underside of power brick.I don't know if there's any mention of it on outer carton label though?

not listed on box but there is a small window from which you can find the info you need. make take some manipulating to get to the numbers. its 12.1V for jasper. did this myself. best bet is arcade tennis bundle.

That's it-if it says on label on underside of power brick 150 watt output, then you've just got yourself a Jasper 360.I bought my Elite only 2 weeks ago and got the 175 watt output-Falcon.

i think it's just a case of lucky dip-most shop staff won't have any idea of what you're talking about when you ask about falcons and Jaspers!

The output on my power brick is indeed 150w, my brother got a xbox like 1 month ago and got 175w also... Must be a lucky dip then as you said sizzling. Cheers for the help.

Anything manufactured this year, 2009, should be a Jasper. My red RE5 elite is a Jasper. It was manufactured at the end of January '09.
