if i bought a new 360. can i re d/l all my old tv shows / marketplace games, if i have my account which had them, on my new 360? or will i need to xfer them with the cable to the new hard drive.

Call microshaft.....they have excellent support and almost always get a live person to help

You can download your marketplace data again, but first you'll need to transfer your licenses to your new Xbox 360. You can do that here.

Alternatively, you can send Microsoft a form for a free transfer cable. It'll transfer all your marketplace data plus your game saves to your new hard drive. The form can be found here.

100% honest answer my was. I have had excellent luck with all of microsoft support. But I have only used it for IE errors several years ago, and calling on xbox live stuff
