elite = best

arcade = worst.

that's about it.

arcade - no HD. 256 mb memory card. 5 arcade games. wireless controller.

pro - 20 gig HD. 2 games forza 2 and marvel ultimate alliance. wireless controller.

Elite - 120 gig HD. everything else is the same as the pro just in black.

They all have HDMI cables now.
