Do you have the money for that PC? I would go for the X360 cause no way in hell would I spend over $1.5k on a PC... that's why I always prefer custom built.
i got ps3 and 360 and love my 360....BUT! i'd take a kick*** PC anyday :D ....i dont know much about PC's, but if i could play games like UT2k7 and Crysis and other games coming out soon, on max settings, than im sold...and since it's$3500, im considering it's that good
I ahve seen PC's for less that amount and with almost those same specs go for half that price... alot of online PC sellers sell you a Dream PC, but flash you with brands and service charges and bla bla. Just go out to a local tech store buy the parts and assemble it, or if you are new to all that get a friend that knows how to put it together and go with you shopping for the parts, you need to know what to buy as well :) These stores just save you that trouble for an additional $1k...

If anything it's a bag of crap and overpriced That was my thought. My cousin bought a $5k PC and all it was was crap. It would have been a MONSTER PC, at least for 6 months, if it worked properly. That's the thing with gaming rigs, they get out of date quickly and will cost you $500-$1k ever so often to keep it up to date, especially with video cards, which could be considered the most expensive part of it all.

well i have heard that PC's like alienware's etc, are all overpriced like crazy, yet good gaming machines none the less....i was just saying i'd take the PC, if we were in a world where they were both free or the same price

I'd prefer the 360, at least that way I won't have to worry about getting a new graphics card every 6 months to be able to keep running newer games. I used to be a pc gamer for the longest time, but lately it seems there's a new latest and greatest video card every 3 months. I remember when a video card would last a few years before you'd really need to upgrade to a newer one.
I prefer the 360 because i would rather have a console than pc to play games on plus there is no need to pgrade every years or so to play the latest games.
Well I just got a gaming PC, I use that for strategy games like Company of Heroes, and I have also ordered WOW and UT2004 pack, and I use my 360 for loads of other games:D
