Just a question...would the XBOX 360 WIRELESS ADAPTER work from the 3rd story of my house down to the basement effectively or would the signal not be strong enough? I have a NETGEAR RANGEMAX WIRELESS ROUTER WPN824

Its impossible for someone here to say yes it will or no it wont work. Do you have a laptop or some other wireless device in teh same room tha works effectively? That's about the only way you can judge to see if the wireless adapter would have an acceptable signal

I don't see three stories as a problem because i can get my neighborss from across the street with that thing so you should be ok with 3 stories.

Im not sure but Im on the second floor with mine and thecomputer that supplies my laptop and 360 with wireless is 1 floor down and on the other side of the house.
